This 2x per week in-person nutrition coaching service is for people who are ready to stop guessing, stop dieting, and finally start learning how to eat in a way that supports their life, their goals, and their health—long term.
You’ll meet with me one-on-one, twice per week, in a private, judgment-free space where we’ll spend about 55 minutes per session diving into the habits, beliefs, and behaviors that drive your choices around food.
We’ll cover:
What to eat (and how much)
How to build meals you actually enjoy
How to stay consistent during busy weeks or social events
And how to shift your mindset so food becomes a tool—not a stressor
This isn’t about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about progress.
