This isn’t surface-level advice like “eat more protein” or “cut carbs.” This is an in-person, hands-on experience where we take a deep dive into your nutrition habits, your mindset around food, and the way you live.

You’ll meet with me three times per week, one-on-one, for about 55 minutes per session, in a private setting designed for focused conversation, honest reflection, and strategic change. We’ll unpack the why, the how, and the what now of your eating habits—so you can finally stop the cycle of starting over.
